Wow, really cool! This is a style I do not often see here. The electronic instruments really fit the AI theme. The start feels really upbeat, signifying the Creation of AI and all the cool things it can do. Over time, it feels like we lose control over them, and the part from 3:00+ definitely feels like the Regret part: we lost to them. I love the execution and quality of this song, and it is in an original style. Lovely :D

some of the sounds I heard near the start I interpreted as people screaming which IDK if it was intended like that but I liked in nonetheless.
That wasn't intentional but that's a very interesting way to interpret it. I think that screaming could represent the panic and fear that the humans are feeling. Thanks for your comment!
The gentle piano and choir at the beginning appropriately capture the feeling of joy of creation. The glitchy progression into the beat-heavy electronic void is very well-executed and I think does a good job of conveying regret. The melody that emerges about 2.5 minutes into the song seems to have a lot of emotion behind it and works well to convey the feelings in your song title. Overall, I really liked that your composition felt like a story and a complete thought. Great work and thank you for sharing!
