For this track I didn't have much structure in mind. I just went with the flow and expanded it and carved away, as I was going.
I recorded some voice chants and throat singing to separate the different parts of the track.
The track used to have a second part, where it changed into orchestral music, but I felt like it didn't suit it.
On the last day, I felt like something was missing and I recorded some violin (which I can't play) to give some texture to the last part of the track.

Love them 80’s brass synths! I was quite intruigued by the use of exotic instruments/voices; fits well with the whole “man vs machine” motif. The melody becoming dissonant at certain points was a neat touch!
The droning sound at 0:13 and a minor key is something many of the songs here have in common. I do love the part from 0:30 onwards a lot, especially that rumbling and the wind-instrument at 0:46 which feels perfect for a relic - what instrument is that? The song is short, but I like that given the plethora of 2-, 3-, 4- and even 5-minute entries. It captures the feeling well, the feeling of a post-apocalyptic relic.
These Vangelis-like synths give a futuristic cyberpunk type of feel right away! Your sound selection does a good job of making this feel really big - so cool. You’ve got some pretty great overtones going with your throat singing - bravo! My favorite part is the pitch-bending violin, both up and down! Great work and thank you for sharing!
I read throat singing and got super excited. very nice!
I love the sense of epicness that you were able to evoke, the sounds are really powerful!
Thank you so much! Really appreciate it!
