Sorry mate couldn't control the bag your going to need to come up with a better controller. otherwise nice world.

Developer

We just uploaded a new version to fixed some bugs and change the movement from press to hold (as other player requist)

We designed that not allow player to control the bag accurately as they are a plastic bag, and thats the challenge of our game . But we do adjust the movement system a little bit. Hope it could be better than before.

Thanks for playing!

I didn't know where to go. After finding out I had to constantly tap W to move forward I made a beeline for the amusement park but kept getting the wind is too strong so I couldn't get out of the first bit.

The comic story at the start and in game graphics are stunning.

Please change it so you can hold buttons to move (even if it's only for moving forward). My fingers hurt a lot.

Update to hold! And try to stay low to avoid strong wind as there are some limitation exist in world.

Thanks for playing! We just update a new version to fix some bugs!

The physics of the bag moving are really cool in their realism! It seems like some people struggled with the controls, so with that I would suggest maybe adding some sort of wind particles to demonstrate what your inputs are doing more clearly might help that problem.

My favourite part of the game was definitely the environment. The broken down head statues are super creative, and floating down to find humans walking around the camp was such a cool feeling! Nice work!

Cool idea! Very on-theme and unique. The story sequence was quite well-done, but I found the gameplay to be a bit painful for my hand. The movement wasn't very responsive to my inputs, so I couldn't judge how much to tap. Having each gust be more forceful alongside some sound and particle effect feedback could help make it feel a bit more juicy. It might also be nice to be a bit more lenient with the obstacles if you intend to keep the loose movement style.

I'm keen to see this game devlop more and to explore more of the beautiful island! I can see you put a lot of work into it.

the story, aesthetic, music and sounds are great. from the screenshot the game looks amazing, however, I could not figure out how to constantly and accurately control the bag. therefore I did not get around the mountain and experience your game

Thanks for playing! We apologize for the lack of guidance in the game. Essentially, the bag moves as if it's being blown by the wind. Press 'D' for wind from the right, which pushes the bag left, and 'A' for wind from the left, which pushes it right. 'W' moves the bag forward and 'S' moves it back, based on the camera's direction. The movement is physics-based. Btw, the ground is completely safe—you might find it easier to roll on the ground.

We intentionally didn't provide precise control because it would be unrealistic for a bag to drift precisely in the sky.

Thanks for your feedback and for playing!

The presentation and story were really well done! The movement was a bit confusing at first, but I figured it out and was surprised how 'bag in the wind' it felt. I will say that tapping so much hurt my hand, so maybe a constant 'breeze' sort of force applied to the bag while you hold down the button would help. But other than that, really well presented, the island and the inhabitants were cool, the trees were monochrome / black and white for me, and the whole 'collide with anything and restart' was a bit ruff so I stayed high in the air most of the time. I would also say that 'savages' has a fair bit of connotation in it as well. but other than that you should be really proud about making something so big in such a short time!

Thanks for playing, we haven’t do much play test yet, so there were so much room to improve. Thanks for your advice. And we are currently missing the guidance in game. Did you try to find the bird‘s nest in our game? We hided something inside of it.

And ground is safe to collide with. Feel free to explore more on the ground. I know it’s bit ruff but It’s the fastest way to achieve that otherwise we need check everything when the collision happened. So we might improve it after the vote over.

Thanks for  your comment and play!!

The prologue was epic, but I couldn't figure out how to actually control anything once the game started?? The screenshots look very exciting, so I'd like to play through the rest of the game if you could help me out.

Developer

Thanks for your interest. Did u download the 1.1version, we got a terrible bug in the first version which player cannot control anything. If you are in the newest version, we fixed it. And you should be able to control the movement by press the WASD and space bar buttons, not hold. It got physics based movement and it move like a wind blowing toward a plastic bag, so try to press multiple times.

Ah my bad, I think I downloaded the file called "Windows". Thanks for your help, I'll give the other version a go!
