Anything you want to say to players before they play?
I had plans to add more ways to interact with things but couldn't finalize them so Smash and Screw don't do anything. I just didn't have time to remove them before submitting.

Nice twist with the main menu!
The game itselfs has some potential, but it needs some polish. The controls are not very crisp and the UI is pretty small. Also i was not sure in the beginning what I should do, some small instructions would be great.
I can see this being quite funny, with some further polish!
I really like the intro and the funny things with the start menu. But I don't understand the gameplay.
My video: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/748057463
Overall: It was fun to a start I think! After a while it got a bit repetitive. Also I needed help to understand how to start the game. I also had some issues with some boxes ending up outside of view and as another commenter said, it would be cool with some hotkeys.
Unexpectedness: Well I didn't expect to have to assemble the playbutton like and IKEA box. Problem is though that it took some time to figure out.
Gameplay innovation: Honestly I liked the whole IKEA furniture feel, it's making me feel like home. Just sad it got a bit repititive after some time. But I think it works as a calm game when you just want to collect stuff in game and not think too much.
Fun: Pretty much the same as written above.
Visuals: Good! I think he looked a bit like sugar paste and it made me a bit hungry. One issue though is that some boxes just kinda hid beyond visibility.
Audio: Game definitely would be nice with some music added to it! Something calm and cozy.
I can see where you were going with the concept, but the UI is very small in the level scene.
This was very confusing, but I like the idea. It was also pretty unexpected!
I think i got bit lost on how the game works, i didnt manage to assembly anything. I like the idea you went here tho
Hey, I really liked your game! It seems like it's very close to being really well fleshed out and I hope you get to finish the mechanics you wanted to add. I thought that the lack of music was a bummer - and I wasn't a huge fan of the method used to select each of the 'tools' (maybe a hotkey for each of them would be a really nice addition). I had a lot of fun playing your game though, well done!
Thanks for the feedback. I had been contemplating adding the Minecraft style hotbar selection by hitting numbers on your keyboard but didn't get to it. I'll probably add that to the first update I post. I have no experience with audio and I wanted to add some but everything I tossed together seemed so out of place.
Interesting mechanics, I like how objects go flying everywhere when you open boxes and chaos ensue.
It needs some polishing now but it has potential to become something unique! Keep up the good work!
Thanks. I figured some people would like that, and some might dislike it.
The title sequence was great, however the screen was black once I started playing and I couldn't figure out what to do, interesting concept tho!
I'm not sure why the screen did that. So you made it past the first main menu, to the one that actually worked and then when you hit play it black screened?
Yeah pretty much, I could see the inventory/hotbar at the bottom and the quest in the top-right but the rest of it was black
interesting little game i loved that title sequence
Thanks! I hoped people would like that feature.
