In this case Angel of Death spawn isn't a bug, it's a feature - prototype is not winnable by the design. In future versions, waves will be increasingly harder and wizard kill won't be that easy. 

If it comes to tower building... it may be because not every area is buildable or may be a bug. I'll take a look.
