I'm good with people out of state participating as long as one team member is here in Utah, or   if you were once part of the Utah  games community that seems fine too.

Sorry for the delay,  We've been watching our Discord channel more than this forum.   Looks like you got your answer, but I wanted to elaborate.  Our Game jam is normally a local in-person event. And even though we are doing things remotely this year, we still wanted to keep that local feel.
