While there wasn't much to the game itself, I liked the art-style and color choices, as well as how the UI fit with the rest. Nice! Also the sound-design was great ... birds chirping in the background and all :)

Damn! That kid keeps losing everything! It reminds me of me in elementary school, I miss that Buzz Lightyear toy :( It looks like a great prototype of a bigger game, maybe more grass with particles and for examples, see bees for the bee sandwich or glow for the jar of fireflies etc!

Love the art style! Definitely going to go for something similar to this for my next game jam. Also thought the sound design was great.

Overall really interesting idea based on the theme.
