Took me a while to understand the controls. The difference between the low jump height and the high jump height is small enough that I didn't notice it was a thing and only though there was a lag in the inputs. After 2 runs I though the score was bugged and the people were just there to populate the level, I had to check the controls to know. It would have been nice to have some kind of intro or tutorial, or natural progression of the mechanics.

There was no difficulty ramp up, so once I got the hang of the controls, there was nothing to keep me from going on forever. One last nit pick: the gray things sticking out of the buildings look like stuff that would block you but they don't.

The idea is cool, kicking them of the edge :P

Nice work! I think some tweaking to the controls to make it more responsive could really improve the game!

Reminds me of Canabalt. The mechanic of charging your jump to jump higher in an infinite runner is interesting, since you're under time pressure. Wish the level design interacted more with that mechanic. And some visual feedback for it would be nice.

Thanks for playing! Glad it reminds you of Canabalt, that was the core inspiration. Definitely could use some extra visual feedback and more mechanical complexity.

Good to know that you enter the jam, you've hosted yourself! That's always a good idea.

What can I say about this game... It is already quite good, but it could use some improvement with the controls or comunication.

When you press the jump button, it could be helpful to get a bar that's loading up so it is easyer to see how the jumping mechanic works.

Once I got used to it though, this was a fun short play, good for killing some time while making coffee!

Thanks for playing! I do try to enter all the jams we run, though it’s a lot to juggle hosting with jamming. Agreed on the need for more visual feedback for the pre-jump.
