Could I make two games with an overhead perspective and twinstick movement (ala Hotline Miami) so long as they are different enough from one another in genre (ie, one is a straight overhead shooter like Alien Breed, the other a stealth game like Metal Gear?)

While I bring up Hotline Miami, what about content? Keep things PG-13?
