We finally got it to work! A really solid project with lots of puzzles, and mechanics. Great humor with the different tool options as well.

Teleporting didn't seem to work for me on the Index, I ended up using advanced settings' placespace mover to get around. REALLY fun game, could definitely work as a full release! The welding was really cool, although pretty janky. Either way I had a blast.

HTC Vive User here: Thanks for the tutorial at the beginning! So many dont do this :D Your finger as a door knop - thats a truly many features tool! :D

Unfortunately the controls for movement and turning don't seem to be working for me on CV1. Grip and tool menu buttons seem fine.

Did you try re-binding the controls in steamVR input menu? Thought I had them bound right but maybe not, can't verify as I don't have a set
