I really enjoyed this game, while it took a bit of time to learn but it was still a great game, beautiful environment that you've created.
I've decided to give away the assets I made for this project for anyone to use. There's a lot of music clips, a couple of meshes and their textures. They're CC0 so feel free to use them for whatever you want, no need to credit me, just don't sell the assets by themselves (putting them in a game and selling that is perfectly fine).

I love the look of this game, darka and mysterious. And that you can so much freedom in how and when you execute the souynds. Really satifying mecanics! Well done on this, you plan on adding more to this after the Jam?
Check out my submission as well :)
Looks and sounds great and the hand gestures are quite satisfying.
Slight annoyance was the rar file, used some online tool to convert to zip...
Very cool idea and great execution on the moody environment. The music pairs beautifully with the visuals. Was it a creative decision to not include instructions in the game (allow the user to figure everything out) or a lack of time? Without the online instructions, I definitely had a hard time getting started, but once I did, it was a pretty interesting sensation. Nice work!
Please check out my team's submission if you have a chance, thanks in advance!
Cool way to play with procedurally generated music! I have to learn how to do hand gestures. Also, I hit my ceiling light again.
Haha, I hit mine a few times making it too. The hand gestures were really simple. I was checking about 10 times every second where the location of each hand is, subtract the vector of the previous check. If it's moved more than a certain amount then check which direction and execute the code for that gesture.
Very cool game! The idea is so original!
At first I didn't really know what to do - then I watched your trailers ;)
Maybe hinting the gestures ingame would be nice.
But very well done!
Nice job making the particle effects look good in VR! So easy for the billboarding to fail. I also love to see someone else use gestures in their game. Mind checking mine out and giving me feedback on my gestures?
Wonderful! It took me a moment to figure out how to control things but I had a lot of fun drumming along. The visuals are amazing, that smoke is mesmerizing.
I haven't played anything quite like this & I loved it, so thanks for making it!
Thanks for letting me know about the issue on Vive! I'm going to upload another version today that will hopefully fix the issue. I wish there was a simple solution for all the different headsets.
It depends on your definition of "gameplay". There is interaction - it tracks your hands movements and procedurally creates the music. Also a few special motions play percussive instruments. There is no win or loose state, which is quite typical in my games. :)
I've uploaded a Vive hotfix to googledrive (link below and on the game page description). Hopefully that works for you.
