loved the mechanics to this, very creative and is on point to the theme. If you build it up more I look forward to the future levels.
Thanks for playing fellow Leon!
If anyone wants to see more of this, I might make some more levels for the game in the future. The time limit definitely limited what I could accomplish, but that's just the nature of game jams lol.
Actually a super cool game with clever puzzles! My only gripe is having to hold down the grip for the entire game to hold the titular opposite gun. I suppose it's more realistic that way, but I found it uncomfortable after a minute or two. Really nicely done.
May I ask what controller were you using? I personally don't find it too troublesome on rift s, but the grip buttons on that thing have barely any resistance. Thanks for playing btw!
Using a regular Rift. I have RSI problems though so that probably contributed to the discomfort!
Hey, I have HTC Vive and I did not have the B/Y buttons, so I wasn't able to use the 'opposite' gun..haha. But I had fun using the gravity gun.
I would have preferred teleportation locomotion, I guess next time you can give the user a choice. Also, the pain white rooms were kind of bright for me, I would have chosen a darker color (it's my preference, so no worries).
Well done:)
Thanks for playing! As for the teleportation locomotion, I wasn't able to program that in in time. Thanks for trying it out anyway!
I am not sure if you knew this, but the repo shared by them had the teleportation built-in, along with the teleportation area, you could have just copy-pasted it.
I am using the Godot engine, which is incompatible with the Unity engine. Because of this, I am unable to use the Unity template for my Godot engine game.
Ohh I see!
Anyway, thanks for playing!
Cool, works well with the theme.
Thanks for playing!
Cool, works well with the theme.
Clever trick in the impassable room
I struggled with the motion a bit but I know that differs from person to person so wont rate it down. A teleport movement mechanic as well for people like myself would be a nice addition.
Good job
Thanks for trying it out! Sorry about the lack of teleport mechanics, I didn't have enough time to code it in. Nice job on your own project btw.
Nothing to be sorry about that's just a time thing.
You made a good game
How do I play on PC oculus quest 2 air link? It isn't loading for me on headset. On PC I see start screen.
I'm not sure, I have only tested it with my Rift S. It does use steamVR, so make sure you have that installed.
Not bad! Although, I couldn't get past the room with all the floor pads. It wasn't clear what to do after taking the cubes out of the 'impassable wall'.
Thanks for trying it out! For that room, just remember that there aren't all that many elements in the room. Just try and shoot everything you can see if you are in doubt.
I shot everything I could... The fans, the door, the floor pads.
There's one more thing you are missing.....
If you still need help, I'm in the discord. My username is also Leonmail.
Look higher for something to shoot! It's worth it.
