I enjoy reading a lot of the comments people leave on other games, so: reply and talk about some games you loved from this jam! talk about interpretations you have for their stories, share thoughts you have about their characters, discuss what games you felt had really good gameplay, make suggestions about what games you feel like are a must-download from this jam, etc. What games really grabbed you?

This is a great idea! I'll get right on it when I finish patching the most glaring issues of my project :)

I liked Kind Red Motel a lot, to the point where I really, really wish there was more chance for games to be expanded upon because it deserves to be made into a whole, proper game. It just has a few levels, but the engaging design of the gameplay, the simplicity and stylishness of the UI - it really is just a wonderful game. And hey, I like solving the puzzles!

Same, to be fair. Though the author could always remove the Vampire the Masquerade theme off it, expand on it and re-release it as  a full game more broadly focusing on running a supernatural hotel, or something (Gangrel could be werevolves instead, Ventrue could be vampire CEOs, Toreadors artsy vampires, Nosferatus could become Frankensteins lol).

I really loved Blood Frontier. A lot of work went into this textual game, a lot of content and choices to write in one month. It's a game that, with further editing and polishing, would have a great place next to the other VtM textual games.

Thanks for starting this great thread, PUNKLIZARD. Even though I lack the Charisma and appropriate Looks Merit to stream, I'd like to take this opportunity to strongly recommend my favorite three games so far, in no particular order. I will write a short explanation of why. If you want more explanation, just read my comments on their corresponding game pages.

-Tryptych of the Well by Sibylus . 3-chapter visual novel with dice mechanic and hunger tracking. Deep lore, subtly executed. Perfect anachronism character. Approachable enough for WoD newcomers, but original enough for old hands.

-Waning Crescent by Gaia Fiorenza and Co., the faithful shepherds over at the SbN Discord. Art, music, and prose all work so well together to deliver a heartfelt visual novel from a unique Thinblood perspective. Lore intensive without ever resorting to exposition.

-Prince of Nothing by billvolkgames. cartoon-ish comedy featuring Nosferatu PC with muppet voice. Accidentally becomes the Prince of Pittsburgh when he misses a meeting at Elysium which gets raided. If you've ever wanted to play Home Alone as an undead IT curmudgeon, this is your chance.

So many other beautiful labors of love, but these are the ones that have resounded with my soul thus far. Hope you take a moment to enjoy them. Cheers!

I loved the concept of Praxis. I think if the difficulty were ramped up a little bit and the gameplay slowed down it would be something even more special.
