  • The tech is absolutely top-notch here. The 3D effects are wonderfully realized, and the ship is fun to control. That said, I desperately wanted some kind of crosshair though to help me aim, and the green color of the dust didn't stand out to me at first.

What programming language did you use for your game?

very impressive graphics! The dithering is fantastic with dynamic lights/shadows and clever use of palettes to get more than 4 colors!

It's hard to make a 6DOF movement control scheme with just a D-Pad and 1or2 buttons but it makes sense once you get the hang of it

Really interesting multiplayer concept and the graphics are top-notch, it's amazing how many features you were able to add in such a short amount of time. I do feel like the core gameplay could be refined though. It's very difficult to land a hit other players, and some of the mechanics are hard to understand in my opinion. I think a version of this game with a refined focus on shooting up other players could be an incredibly fun multiplayer experience! I've been looking out for killer games that showcase WASM-4's netplay features, if you keep working on this definitely let us all know.
