Really liked this one. It's simple, and it's short, but it's effective - like a sword. Polished to a brim, and really impressive for someone just getting started with Godot!
Speaking of which, are you a gamedev veteran? Maybe I'm assuming too much from the narrative, but I don't know, this game seems really well-made for someone just starting out.
As for my background, I do have some experience in game dev with Unity. Most of it came from taking a couple online courses over the past few years, but only recently (last month) did I start actually making games on my own. I'm sorry if I misrepresented my experience; I didn't mean to do that, but I really did just start using Godot this past week.
A short, simple, yet effective tale. The writing feels so somber and well-paced, with the in-between sections of creating swords adding to the immersion. The ending tied into the theme of the jam very well, and left me with goosebumps. Definitely one of the more emotional ones I've played so far.

No problem! It's a really good game overall.

Thank you very much for playing!
