The slightly unobvious control and lack of music are the only drawbacks. But I liked the idea of the game! I am sure that it was very difficult to do in such a short time, good work!
It would be nice if there was some type of tutorial. So, the first step is place the city. Then wait a bunch of turns until you have enough money for the farm, but how do you get the sawmill? I had enough coins but couldn't place it anywhere. After that, I guess that you have to have a soldier to protect against the bug enemy. Some sfx's and music would also be nice.

The sawmill can be placed next to forest to gain gold ! (same for the stonemason).
You can check the gain / placement in the little blue i (informations) on the left panel. :)

Yeah at the very beginning it is a little bit of a die and retry just to understand the mecanism.
You can check some in informations inside the game in the little blue i button tho.
Cool concept! I like the art, too bad there was no sound though. I love the no enemies whatsoever that don't give you panic attacks at all when you're being surrounded ;)))
