Very nice take on the dead body abuse system, nice timer idea, visuals are super slick, great job!

Very slick! For the Windows version please next time don't package it as an autoinstalling .exe. I'm really picky about where I install applications and I had to go hunting for this one to remove it afterwards. That aside, great job!

Thank you for the feedback. Normally I would have done it that way, however I wanted to ensure that most people could play the game without having any issues, I will upload a .zip archive version this weekend after the judging period ends.

This is a great little game, I'm very surprised it hasn't been reviewed yet

Lovely gameplay loop. I LOVE the fact you can decide to make it easier for yourself by just dying a whole bunch of times. You could add a death count as a kind of lowest-wins highscore potentially though to encourage good players to try to not just make a corpse carpet for the win.

The one-bit art style was suprisingly pleasant, really enjoyed it. Controls felt nice and generous, but potentially a touch on the slippery side.

All in all, had great fun and would very much reccomend! I hope you get more reviews and ratings as the week goes on!

Thank you very much!

I do not believe that the game is completely finished at the moment. There are a few things I would like to go back and do such as a Leaderboard for the fewest deaths, and lots more levels. I am going to wait until the Judging is over to continue development, however, a few ideas I wanted to implement were:

-Unlockable Skins

-A dispenser-type obstacle that shoots arrows to the left or right.

-World-Like Levels (1-1, 1-2, 1-3, etc.)

-A Death leaderboard

-A full run timer (for speed-running)

-And world selection so you don't have to start from the beginning every time.

random idea, if you have worlds you could do new ones in different 1bit pallets? like using nokia 3310 (light green and dark green). Could quickly add some artistic variation without much effort, which might come in handy.

Also im sharing your game on an "underrated games" thing cos you really deserve it. 2 ratings for such a complete game is really peak imh

Developer(+1)

Thank You! For both the Idea and the share!

The palette idea is beyond genius! If I do use that idea I will make sure to give you a special thanks in game!

Developer(+1)

if you would like too create a 16x16 character skin and email it too kroyisyork20@gmail.com I will gladly add it to the game.

Oh my I would _ l o v e _ to do that! I'll do that for ya sometime over the next two or three days.

Best of luck with finishing the game, and link me when you've done it!
