I saw a lot of your progress updates during the jam so I was excited to play this! The game is really fun and creating the robots is really cool. Unfortunately, it doesn't feel much like you're collaborating with an AI. Also, I do wish that whichever robot had the higher velocity would do more damage instead of just trading damage every collision. But besides that the graphics are awesome, the sound is great, and the game doesn't have any bugs or anything. Overall an awesome submission!

The roboot with higher velocity does do more damage, its a 75% speed and 25% speed difference that determines the damage! Glad you didnt discover the bugs also :)
Thanks for playing!

As everyone here said, absolutely amazing presentation! The balancing of the fights were nice.

I felt the controls were a bit weird, and maybe controlling the rotation of the robot with the mouse would be better.. (movement still WASD)

But other than that this is such an amazing game and I really enjoyed it!

Thanks for checking out, i wanted this to really feel like you are controlling a car with a joystick like a toy or something so i wanted to do these specific controls, was not worth it :P
Thanks for checking out :>

Nice music and visuals. Great presentation overall! I like the build mechanic. The gameplay is fun at first but does grow a bit stale. Also is there a way to shoot? I couldn't figure out how despite the AI opponents shooting constantly. Doesn't quite match the theme since you only compete against AI rather than collaborate with it. Good job :)

Developer

To shoot you have to mount a gun to yourself.
Yeah the theme is a bit off and i tried to fix it on the second day by making your robot have an angry meter to make him more "feelable" i guess i should have made it more special since nobody picked up on it.
Thanks for playing :)
