Interesting game! I included it in my Yogscast Game Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Great concept and the art style is really nice. I agree with other people's suggestion that you really should be able to control the initial direction of the ball, it's very tricky to use it otherwise.

Gameplay idea was unique and interesting, music and aesthetic was great.

Thanks!

I really like the idea of this! The mechanic is really quite interesting. However, the lack of control over the ball's initial direction and the inconsistent bouncing direction made it quite frustrating to use.
I did enjoy the pixel art and the music choice. Nice atmosphere.
(I might have found a bug too as I could infinitely jump if I hit the ceiling!)

The art and music is really nice however I felt a lack of control over the ball.

Pretty fun platformer. I'd have liked if I could control the direction I initially throw the orb is, as it can be very hard to maneuver using the attraction and repulsion. I like the choice of graphics and music.

Thanks for the comment! Earlier in development you could aim the orb but I changed it to be a random direction to make players need to use the magnetism more. After the jam I might change it based on yours and others feedback
