Aim trainers are softwares designed to improve 'aim', a skill in most shooting and fps games which can be considered as your ability to put the crosshair (the little cross in the middle of the screen) on ennemies and keeping it on it. Most aim trainers are simple but some are 3D, they are usually about clicking fast on things (bubles, dots, it can be anything that move).
