I oddly liked this. Samurai Iaido meets western quick-draw is a really creative concept. I immediately died on my first try and was confused by the prompt. "...hat? what hat?". Then I started winning and the joke made me chuckle. Plopping the losers' hat on my own was a wacky hilarious touch!
I like the attention to detail! The sunset pixel sprite bg, the CRT shader, and the attack and block animations were very well executed. The gameplay though simple, was no slouch either. I had thought that all i had to do was spam clicks after hearing the start, but the enemy blocking threw me off. I realised then that blocking too was essential.
Charming, impressive entry. I liked this a lot!
