Hello!
First of all, I'd like to say that I was very hyped by the artwork, I think it holds great potential.
But sadly I have to agree with others, the game seems kinda broken for now. A tutorial would be nice, as well as "locks" to prevent the players from repeating the same actions and keeping them in line. For instance, I could talk multiple time to the little hourglass in a row, unlocking all of his different greetings (which were meant for later I suppose). I didn't need to process multiple bodies, because by clicking multiple time on the button on the right side while the body was still on it, I could increase artificially my number of processed body and get scores like 70/3 bodies processed :P (Yeah I'm a crazy clicker, they use my for testing that kind of stuff in my team ahahah)
I could talk to the MC's family at home and tried to overdose myself with the pills just to see what would happen, but couldn't manage since interacting with the bed table twice gets you to sleep then back to work the next day. I tried multiple days but I didn't seem to unlock new dialogues with the family nor trigger special events at work (but that's maybe because I was cheating with my work process haha)
So in the end I didn't really understood what was the goal or the plot, if there was any? I think the visuals and the idea of playing a mortician has potential, but it would need a clearer story and gameplay, as well as a more engaging minigame, because for now I don't see the fun in putting the body with his stuff in the table in the middle then just push the button on the right. Or maybe I missed something?

This mirrors my experience with the update almost exactly (I didn't figure out that you could spam the button!). I got the dog bone, key, picture, and found the autopsy that had been tampered with, but couldn't get anything beyond that. It seems like all of the characters' dialogue was just looping, and no matter what I tried I just kept experiencing the same thing day in and day out.
