It's beatable, there's a logic (no rng) but the clues given to understand the strategy aren't clear enough, so we plan to rework this fight one day.

Beating it depends on the current turn and the damage of the skills.

i did beat it. i kinda listened to the literal rythem of the music. theres 2 long bits, one where it resest the loop, after that one theres 2 spikes. i attacked on the 2nd spike and eventually won. no clue about the attacks i just kinda spammed randomly. couldnt let clovers food go to waste :)
