I never listened to AJ. I made up my mind by reading the TOS, and what Giants has actually said, instead of relying on others. Ive work with intellectual property rights for a long time, and I have a good understanding of this type of stuff.
I temporarily took the mod down as I'm releasing a different version that really changes the mod.
You definitely listen to AJ, i have people in the server, i know what is going on. You definitely didn't read the TOS, otherwise you would know that Giants don't own people's mods and you can't do whatever you want. The creator can take actions towards you if he decides to as it is stated in Giants TOS (Chapter 7). It doesn't matter what you change, it doesn't matter if you call it "edit", if the creator doesn't want the mod to be edited and reuploaded, he has the rights to demand removal of the mod. Since you still think you can do whatever you want, we will keep reporting you and your itch.io page until it is taken down. Keep listening to AJ and keep making a bad name of yourself in the community, it won't end well for you i guess, but ofc it is your choice at the end. I'm trying to give you good advice, despite the fact you mocked me before.
Then it says:
"GIANTS shall not be liable for the actions of other users which may infringe rights to the generated User Generated Content. In the case of disputes with other users, the Customer himself shall be responsible for contacting the affected users asserting any claims." Which basically mean that the creator can take actions towards you if he wants to.
