Can you list your specs? CPU, GPU, RAM?
And try using Reduce Async Loading in settings?

well it's a laptop, so not super great? I guess?
I've got 3.38 gigs of RAM, and the processor is the default it came with; AMD 3020e, and that gives me a 1.2 GHz display and graphics. Thing is though,I used to be able to play it totally normally about a month ago. Even with all the "make it look prettier" settings turned on, which is why I'm confused.
