You should do the chair option first, then the next day do the training, do not do them one after the other as that causes problems, which is what you have and if it still continues like this try the other way around doing the training first and then the chair the next day.

I understand what you say, but I have a doubt, the option to make the massage appears after you do the training, and doesn't let you leave, to your bedroom or other place, it forces you to make the massage, so, how do I do the training and leave without doing the massage?

Can you save the game before doing the training because you should see what Heropedia tells you, which can sometimes also help when you do the chair thing or does the training block the option to go directly to the bedroom?

Correct, it blocks that option.

If it gets blocked, it's the first training to prevent it from happening without doing that, so do the 4 Ochako training sessions to avoid any problems.

Try this with Ochako's massages: The mistake is that you don't have to train with her, just go to the chair and that's it.
