Cool little game, it was very fun to complete (in exactly 3:00!)
The randomness can get really frustrating. The first play was super unfair making me run through the whole city every time, while in the last play they usually were just around the corner.
And the cat collision box felt a bit chunky, but that was coherent with the style.
Good attempt to have all the pixels aligned (although a bit compromised with rotations and screen-coordinates movement of camera and particles).
The chaos aspect is incredible in this entry, well done!
