Unfortunately, after paying and downloading the files I'm not able to open them on MacOS.  All of the .afpub and .aftemplate files are giving me the error "The file could not be opened because permission was denied".  The PDF files are saying "The file “Standard Seacat 55x85 v0.3.pdf” couldn’t be opened because you don’t have permission to view it."

All of the files have full read/write permission enabled for my user in the filesystem. I'm not having any problems opening other downloaded files. This problem is only occurring with these Standardcat files.

If anyone has any suggestions for how to resolve this I would be very grateful.

I'm sorry, I just saw this comment now. I need to clean up my notifications in itch.io ... gack.

Huh. That's super weird. I'm pretty sure I saved those as open files. Did you manage to get them open? What was it doing about them?

I tried opening one of the .aftemplate files today in Affinity 2 on MacOS.

I did get a warning that the template was created in Affinity 1, and that saving the template again would convert it to Affinity 2.  After that warning, the file opened normally.

I got a "Missing Resources" for fonts, but that isn't surprising.  I downloaded the fonts, and all is looking good.

Good point - yeah, I made it in Affinity 1.

Mmm. Next version I'll try and make with some public fonts, so I can just bundle 'em in.
