You're right, everything is already rendered in advance, nothing is rendered at runtime.
- The playtime of this AVN is already very impressive, for a slow player like me it's ~30 hours already.
- There are a lot of different renders. Every frame is a new render, there's little reuse and there are no shortcuts. That makes the bulk of the size, we're close to 10.000 of them I think.
- There are hundreds of animations, which are, on average, longer than in your typical AVN. And a lot of them have a moving camera, which drives up their size too.
- The game also goes heavy on music & SFX, we might have passed the thousand mark on them already.
So yeah, it's a lot. Media compression is already being used, though you can always push it a bit more in exchange for worse quality, like they do in the Android version.
