I really liked the art, and the premise, but the combat for me was infuriating. I just couldn't get to a point where I enjoyed it. Plus, there was no explanation of what did what, so I was kind of guessing at the start. I got to the ship, and couldn't figure out what to do, and after 3 random battles gave up.
