This OST is really reminiscent of the games I grew up playing in the early 2000s, I think it’s the way you can tell ever so slightly that the instruments are high-quality MIDI VSTs, they just have that really nostalgic quality for me. The music really does a good job at conveying the scenes you folks outline in your track descriptions. Overall the material is really lovely and delicate, but I found the tracks are blending together a bit in my mind when I try and think back on them. You definitely achieved a cohesive vibe throughout the soundtrack—both with the orchestration and the very clear use of that (scale degree) 1–7–1–5 motif—but I would’ve liked to have seen more differentiation amongst the individual tracks. Again, fantastic orchestration, these are very well-composed, beuatiful pieces from a technical standpoint!

Thank you! I can see what you mean when it comes to a lot of the tracks being similar. For us, it was partially due to the fact of trying to keep everything sounding like it's from the same OST and also because of time constraints. I'm glad you enjoyed it though thanks for listening!
