Opening picks up really nicely towards the end to create some hype!

Stage select is short, sweet and to the point. Cool retro synth vibe here.

Pause screen does a nice job of relating back to the overall "dreaminess" of your established theme.

As a self-proclaimed connoisseur of boss and final boss themes, nice work here. The chord progression at the beginning sets the stage well before jumping into the drums.  The bassline at around 1:08 in clashing with the tone of your main synth - try adding some more oscillation or modulation on that synth to avoid that in the future, if you were trying to create tension there. I would have also loved to hear some more fills or variations in the drums here. The established rhythm is perfect, but you can create a lot more power and excitement as the song progresses and avoid anything getting stale. [Apologies if you already knew all this and just didn't have time to get there!]

Excellent work for a last minute effort! If you are interested in doing it again,  join the discord so you can get a notification for the next one! (I had so much fun last year I took a vacation for this one lmao)

Overall, the biggest complaint I have is never learning why there was a pack of hot dogs on the keyboard. This will probably haunt me to my grave

Thank you for your kind words! I just couldn't decide what I wanted for key art and my friend sent me that photo, so I touched it up and rolled with it
