I found a bug. Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a folder
2. Close the folder
3. Select the folder (even if it's already selected)
4. Create a new layer
Result: The layer will replace the folder. If you try to use ctrl+z the folder will not appear, but using some ctrl+z and later ctrl+shift+z the folder will be recreated.
