Awesome, another tracker submission. Chiptune music is no joke to make, major respect to those that fully commit to the process.

I think there's definitely some neat ideas in here. Nice articulation of voicings to keep things varied - vibrato seems a little intense in some instances but the change-up was appreciated. I feel like some of the pieces could've done with a couple of more counter melodies on another waveshape or traded off sections accordingly as sometimes the arrangement can feel just a little sparse.

All in all, good work - I can see what you were going for and I think this is a great jumping off point. I like how you put the effort in to include percussion and SFX utilizing the noise channel and I think that is something that could benefit the pieces overall; a good rhythm line going, even if it it is a grounding kick, off-beat snare or rolling hihat line, goes a long way to adding some life to tracks. Solid submission for your first jam entry - I wish you the best. :)

this wasn't made in a tracker. this was made in famistudio.

i'm sorry i'm a fake. /j(famistudio does emulate an NES)

on a more serious note, thanks for the advice! it's my first time releasing a chiptune album to the world and i was expecting everyone to hate it and remind me why i shouldn't be a musician. i'll keep this in mind next time! Thank you!
