Nah, now i think it's likely just my computer. cause later on when I killed 2 hobgoblins (the bulky goblins),
it froze when I killed the second guy.
I think it's just the particle effect when someone dies or as before when an object is destroyed.
cause my laptop aint the newest (it's from 2015, so like 10 years old), it likely is momentarily overstrainined with those particle effects (it shouldnt as computer runs fine, jsut game freezes and sadly doesnt unfreeze again).
Also one thing that happened kind of consistent:
You know the guy who's girlfriend supposefly ran away and you gotta bring the silver necklace back?
Later on when the quest is done the guy isnt in front of the house anymore.
now each time I try to go inside, i come back to the main menu.
issue though:
the game isnt REALLY over as i can nonetheless see the HUD with life points and such, so game is basically still running but the main menu on top.
so pressing "continue" there then doesnt do anything.
now reload page, eh?
well, now things get really funny.
so page loads, you press continue.
well, nothing happens as it seems.
but while you still see that screen, the game actually is loaded in the background (like before).
continue pressing again in this second screen doesnt do anything.
so i press new game here.
freaking out cause the new game intro starts playing (while hud still on screen).
gladly it doesnt really start a new game.
but you jsut spawn near a certain screen transition, the screen right of the screen, where the elevator cave for the lady xy village is.
thankfully no items,exp or anything lost.
jsut a few heart attacks.
now I know the drill.
but basically I cant enter the guy's house at it seems to be liked to spawning the main menu screen. whcih you cant get rid like any normal window.
maybe my computer again but that is too consistent to be "though luck".
