Reading your description and I got to the word Maplestory and I laughed out loud. My older siblings and cousins used to play that a ton and I tried playing it a few years ago but it wasn't fun. It sort of represents childlike whimsy to me since I was fascinated by it as a child but as an adult I was disappointed.
As you said there was some quality issues with the clarinet but I also think the kick in ...Computering was super overpowering.
OH WAIT, I read the youtube description and it said to listen to the soundcloud one instead and the kick issue was nonexistent so NVM.
your trumpet playing really fit in well with the mix so great job on that!
I really liked the cool time signature on the last track but I think it felt a little empty. I think having a section with most of the main instruments all playing together for a really full sound would be amazing on that track specifically!
