I have Russian language on my PC and I have the latest version with itch.io but the game starts and reads mod files until I change the Assembly-CSharp file. But if it can be because of the language then I will wait for the update
Go ahead and try one more time, seems the Itch link at some point switched over to the Patreon version, should be fixed now. Might still not work with Russian but worth a shot.
