super fun concept, love the ability to move / control the robot using WASD + Arrows for each hand. I am curious how much of the world you are generating since it seems to take a good 10 secs to load up the world! I thought I was doing pretty good but every playthrough I quickly became overwhelmed by 10 enemy ships, I couldn't eat them fast enough before dying - I guess you could call that a failure on my part of cosmic proportions (see what I did there?!)

I wish the camera moved alongside the robot head rather than having me bring it into focus every time, and due to the lack of audio, I actually played through your game with the FTL soundtrack in the background, which was quite perfect :)

Now, I am ashamed to say I couldn't get passed 50 points despite playing for a good 15 minutes! That seemed really low and I'd love to see a small video of what a successful run looks like.

Anyways, great job on a fun little space game!

Hi Gad! I'm honestly impressed you got that far! I had set the enemies to do 100 damage so that they could kill me quickly while I was testing the game over screen and forgot to change it back. However I got permission to change it to the intended amount of damage, so if you want to give it another shot it should be much easier to get past 50 points!

Also, I generate around 700 stars in the playfield, which is why it takes a while to load. There's probably a more efficient way to generate the universe but this is my first attempt at random generation so it was a bit difficult for me lol.

Thank you for playing and for your feedback!
