I like the general idea of fighting on two levels
The difficulty curve is bit weird though, you can mostly ignore everything and bumrush the mothership. Similarly, there doesn’t seem to be much reason to protect more than 1 generator?
Thanks for playing! I completely agree about the balance. I was strained for time towards the end so I erred on making it too easy rather than too hard.
The generators do just kind of act like extra lives right now. I had some grandiose ideas for them at the start of the jam, but quickly ran out of time to implement that haha.
