Really fun game and cool concept, that is really pushing the theme due to using 'musical scale' but what's a jam without loophole exploits. The graphics are cute and stylish and really hit that good old mascot platformer vibe from the old ps1/ps2 era.
I like how you colour coded the notes in a logical rainbow order. As someone who's partially tone-deaf I wasn't sure how well I'd get on with the concept at first, but that was never an issue.
Overall a fun use of ideas pulled together into a short platforming experience.
Some suggestion/feedback: First, I'd recommend increasing the character's jump height slightly or just lowering the platforms in some places, the second level was really tricky to back track if you did the puzzles in a different order than what I assume to be the intended route. Secondly I'd suggest having the player hover briefly after zooming to the floating notes, its hard to quickly shift the camera to aim at the next note before you fall and a small hover would give some extra wiggle room.
Finally I have to note the low performance I got from the game. I am on a 7 year old laptop but for how small the levels are the fps was really low, still playable but only just. Not going to complain (as said my laptop is old) but its something to think about in the future as you always want as many people to be able to play as possible especially in a jam.
