For account related issues you’ll want to contact support. They will be able to figure out a way to get you back into your account and can tell you if they believe there was unauthorized access.

Make sure you paste your ticket ID here, as described in the rules, when trying to get someone to check an account issue. Otherwise you’ll have to wait until someone processes it from the queue and it may take a few days.
