Thank you for your feedback! I did plan on adding a tutorial screen, a main menu showing the final island to establish the end goal, and some other ways to gain approval, but was really tired and running out of time so I just submitted what was already done, unfortunately. You're also right that there are some serious bugs, especially with the turrets. I'd like to get around to fixing all of that and make this into a more fleshed-out game sometime.
