I keep getting "An error occurred during installation runtime error: slice bounds out of range [:-1]" when updating. Please help.
always install the game in a completely new folder.
please also note that the game is not save game compatible between major versions

I never use mods with the game. I had to re-install and am checking things now. Thx!
