Hey, congrats on doing that at your age by your own !
Here are a few suggestions for your game :
 - in terms of sound, the "TV noise" is veeery loud, kinda destroys your ear, that's a big nono if you want to preserve people's ears !
 - The car sound are good, but maybe too much "bitcrushed". It seems like it's one bit sound, but maybe it could be 2, 3 or 4 bit instead, but I don't know how you generated it
 - At first I did not understand the thing is your arm : it's yellowish (but nothing in you game indicates that people should be yellow), and given the low resolution and the fact it was very very straight, I really thought it was a tool at first.
 - small detail : first time I clicked on something, I thought I got stuck because game did not respond to move commands, maybe you could add a small "click to continue" somewhere on the screen. People won't get stuck completely by this, but I thinks either you should let people be able to move, or you should indicate them that they can escape the textbox by hitting click button
 - Translation : I think you meant "interact" instead of "interactuar"
Of course it's easy to pinpoint and criticize these details that for a game made in a week, but again, congrats for doing all that on your own !

Thank you very much, I will take your comment into account for the next Game jam.
