I have a question I've always wanted to know, does this game have a story mode, is there anything I need to do? because I spend several days and don't understand what I need to do
because when I see the objectives I can't understand

The story in the original game was incomplete and it is the same way in the remake for now, so the objectives that you see serve more of a contextual/informational purpose other than contributing to the story.
One of my plans is to add a bit more depth to the story and give the game an ending, but that will have to wait, as it will probably be the last things I do for the remake.
