Im sorry, it sucks that you're going through health stuff. I empathize with having to go through a lot of health scares since I have chronic illnesses while having health anxiety and health phobias.
I hope I'm not being a busybody but--If nobody has told you yet, you'll be okay no matter what happens. You'll be okay and you'll figure out new ways to tackle this with your doctor. Don't jump to the immediate scary thoughts. Also something that helps me is writing out questions and answering them. It calms my health nerves. Ex: "what are you afraid of?", "Is that fear grounded in my current reality?", "Am I currently safe?", "What can't I control right now?", "What DO I have control over at this moment?".
