itchio is the only option germans have to buy the game if you don't care for patreon builds (afaik itchio version is always one patch behind on purpose). whenever the game is updated you can just redownload it from this page for free every time once you've bought it!
Yeah. It isn't done in the best way as one needs the e-mail link every time, but it works out. And one patch behind is just how it is of course. It is understandable that they want to offer their Patreons something after all. ^^
