hey, im very happy that you wanted to help and still working on 2 years old plugin haha but sadly this patch didnt help to me ;(( i would love to see some future updates for fixes or maybe adding new features and for sure will wait for one. love your work man!

this version is more unstable now, i cant even play 4k clips wihout getting a crash
4k would take a very long time to seam-carve and it might even appear to hang at times due to how long it can take to process. Just reducing by 25% would be something like 3'628'800 carving iterations! I have some optimization ideas though to get it to re-use work across frames which would drastically increase this speed, but it may take some time unfortunately.
Does it still work on smaller frames or at half/quarter res? Is it crashing or just hanging?
i am aware that 4k clips are much demanding but version before it only didnt work in full resolution, now ae and graphics driver are crashing even in quarter. like before this message appears and only what i can do is kill ae process:
