Haven't finished the current content yet, but I was wondering, will it be obvious when we have to pick which girl to get with in the end?

In current ep1-4 you dont have any such point of choosing yet ^^
And in future updates, while not yet 100% so don't quote me on it, idea is to "lose" one by one girl by choices/denying them/relationship points throughout regular play. Maybe if you manage to have multiple even through all that I could make a screen where you choose. But yea, first option I mentioned is my way I'm aiming for.

Losing one by one is a good Idea. It's less complicated and will probably be more fun.

You (atm at least) don't instantly lose routes. There are two choices (which are very clear in ep4) where game counts towards losing certain routes, but even those choices aren't instant route enders ^^. More like "do something like that again and it will probably end their route next time".

Alright, so it will be obvious enough that if you want to pick a certain LI it should be easy to control without accidentally losing their path too?

The "death flags" are easy to spot. As in "girl tries to kiss you and you say no" styles of flags. The other part, having enough relationship points is another topic, but so far I've been very generous with them and there isn't stuff that's locked behind "need 100% of all points" or anything similar. As long as you start focusing that girl more and more in later updates, you're fine.
