True... and it is more important for the game to be finished first. It's probably best to pray for some modder with way too much time on their hands to create a mod for it.
If nothing else, it could make for an interesting (s)Extra mode.
If I recall, Threshold has in the past commented that they are not opposed to the idea but that it's definitely not in the cards until the game is done, because of how monumental it would be to add everything needed for it
